The first national gathering of Egyptologists will incorporate the 2005 Stephen Glanville Memorial Lecture by Mr W.V. Davies. The event is being arranged under the auspices of the EES and the University of Cambridge, and will also provide an opportunity to celebrate the re-opening of the Fitzwilliam Museum’s Egyptian Galleries.
