Two issues of the Bulletin of the Institute of Classical Studies , have now appeared devoted entirely to Ancient History -- Vols.
We are delighted to announce that from academic year 2015-16 the Institute will be accepting PhD students. We are very sorry to report the death on 21st August of Ana Healey, who was Librarian of the Classics Combined Library in the days when the Library and the Institute were housed in Gordon Square. She had joined the Library in 1959 and was appointed as Librarian in 1972, after the sudden death of Joyce Southan. Ana retired in 1989 and those who used the Library in the three decades before then will well remember her Infinite kindness and quiet competence.
